"The biggest change in my life since Marine Corps Recruit Training!"
After being on active duty from 1994-2006 in the United States Marine Corps, I had to get out due to medical conditions. I had a surgery to remove a disc from my neck, degenerative discs in my back, an impingement in my right shoulder and hip, a surgically repaired tendon in my right hand, and arthritic knees. Upon returning to civilian life I ate like I was still in taking in a lot of calories. But, I could not exercise like I was still in so I gained quite a few pounds. As I did, all of the above mentioned conditions worsened as I now had a J.O.B. sitting behind a desk. Due to the aches and pains I did not sleep well. Waking up was horrible. I would sometimes have to roll out of bed as I could not sit up due to my back. I would climb the dresser to a somewhat upright position and stumble to the coffee pot. I would drink coffee all morning and all day, miserable at my desk. I would come home from work and try to do something with the family or around the house but by 7 or 8 PM I was laid up in the recliner in pain. The wife encouraged me to go to the VA. They said I had "chronic fatigue syndrome", put me on pain meds, anti-depressants, and had me going to physical therapy. At physical therapy I ran into a Marine I work with who was there at the gym for his usual work out. He encouraged me to try Zija. I was skeptical but none the less I was to the point I would have tried anything. I drank it around 7pm one evening. The next day seemed easier to get up and get going, seemed like I slept better, I had more mental clarity. So I placed an order and after using the product for a about a month I had a lot less aches and pains. I looked into the weight management system and began using that. The pounds started coming off! I have now lost about 30 lbs, feel a lot better, have more energy through out the day, sleep a lot better, and the only side effect is that I have not had even the slightest sniffle or sickness! (Being in Kentucky I could always count on a few sinus infections per year, not anymore!)
